the dupe frog is an acceptable niche, but the melffys are just bricks man. id rather see 3 handtrap or boardbreaker than 1 dupe frog and 2 melffys on my hand
Melffy cat isn’t really a brick the other one is dupe frog is kinda a brick if u don’t get into your frog engine. And he did say he was playing Fenrir at first before he added those and those are definitely bricks if u don’t open with it
@boogeymanF2P but even then, I feel like 3 handtrap would have been more impactful which is my preference. In my opinion, his build is a very niche build as it doesnt perform well against all the other decks.
I had cut the fenrirs because of impulse Plus what I did in another tournament I cut the melffy engine So I was at 41 in main Added mekk crusadia avramax Toad, sprind, ip set trap (end board) with hand traps still in hand obviously Goal was toad standby summon dupe and then in main before going battle phase ip into avramax Now they are locked out of attacking Can't attack dupe cause of max and can't attack max cause of dupe Worked perfectly I also was able to get thrust now and turn skipping is much easier Instead of ip in end board it's rabbit instead to set swamp

When the skull guardian had the counter its effects where negated and was no longer 4k, be careful with that.
