This is just about my favorite episode so far. The Valley was so different when we were growing up that I can't imagine anyone living there now (unless they grew up there too) can envision what it was like in the 40s, 50s and even the 60s!!! It was a wonderful place then! Cheryl
These interviews are simple and chocked full of flavor. My grandfather told me back in the early 60s to learn to type and I would always find work if I needed it. He was not wrong that typing (which I am doing right now, albeit on an electronic device much fancier than the huge heavy metal typewriter he plopped down on my desk one day) has not gone out of fashion.

I do enjoy this interview also. You did a great job sharing all of this to us. I'm a big fan of your parents legacy. Thank you.
GOD bless you and your loved ones Cheryl... I am excited to show these interviews to my 82 yr old momma!! She's gonna just melt😘 ..🌿🕊💙
So love this!!! She lived a blessed life with a blessed family.

I believe I went to school with one of her brothers. I Think his name is Dusty, we meet at Mount Lowe Military School in Pasadena c.1957 +-.
