I made this today. I followed your recipe exactly except for I added some extra salt and used hickory chips. It was very good. It had the deep spice flavors with a nice tang to it. My family really enjoyed it. I would definitely make this again
That's actually a cart that has several drawers and a cupboard door with shelves inside. I have it stuffed with all my grilling tools. It has large wheels and roles around the drive very nicely. I got it from Sam's Club about 14 years ago now.
That’s a great looking hot dog chili sauce Mark! I like the addition of cinnamon and curry. Plus personally, the only time chili without beans works is as a sauce not a meal. :) Have a great weekend brother and keep on cooking!
Thanks for the kind words. Try about a quarter teaspoon of coco powder too. I've done that too. It reminds me of Skyline Chili. But as for beans, I like it both ways.
