This is an amazing design and a spectacular site. My father was an architect in Seattle, Washington USA and I went on visits to many sites during construction of the homes he designed. This brings back wonderful memorites.
Absolutely incredible. The designs are a masterpiece and so are your skills. I am excited to see what is next for Ghana, knowing that you guys are out there helping with the development. Keep it up guys 👍
Prince, I have a similar project ongoing in Aburi, but the rocks I encountered are so much bigger boulders than this. I have had to hire excavators twice onsite because my contractor didn’t fore think before starting the works
Nice work quality work👍🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾...well done...please is 3 feet deep footing ok for 2 story building?... And 16mm iron rods for starting pillars and 14mm iron rods for the matt?...thank you
Ghana and mishmash. We are just building basaaa with and no central planning. When we will never learn. Look at the so-called road they were walking on? 2 cars can pass after gutters on each side?

All such calculations should be done when looking at the whole building plan alongside structural calculations however 3ft is not deep at all

You're right on point, the country is developing gradually, building are popping up everywhere, but with no planning for infrastructure consideration.
