Welcome to another piano tutorial from Merriam's Online Academy. In today's tutorial, we will be working through an intermediate to an advanced arrangement of "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran.
To purchase a copy of the sheet music I'm using today, follow the link in the description above.
We will be working through Perfect one section at a time, first at half speed, and then at full speed to
help you learn the song.
We’ve laid this piano tutorial out as a stand-alone video, or as a practice aid to use within an existing
lesson system.

Wonderfull tutor that winding down section is beautiful thank you
Thank you for sharing this great video.
Wow, You are really a good piano teacher.😍
So helpful!! Thanks ....
I'm in the winter of my years and I purchased an Alesis Prestige Artist keyboard last year to stay busy during the pandemic. I've been self taught reading music and playing on the keyboard for just over a year. I'm working on this exact sheet of music. I WAS so choppy until I took the time to watch your tutorial. Thank you for your time and your hard work. You are appreciated.
Good comment. I fully agree!!!
Wonderful job
You are a really good teacher. Even beginners like me can follow. I am learning this from India
I love how you play the tutorial. Can I have the link for the music sheet, please? Thanks
Thanks for fingerings tips! Please could you play the entire piece once through? Also, please could I have link to this sheet music? Many thanks! :)
🦄Great teaching madam🙏
I really appreciate the clarity of the instructions. I did download this peace and I'm working on it now. In this case, I printed it out because I wanted to add notes similar to yours. I'd really like to download to my iPad so I could write notes in the same way you do. Is it fair to assume I would just need the Apple iPad pen and app software from the Applestore? Would the notes remain on the sheet (after I close the app) or until I delete or modify them? Lastly, I downloaded to my PC which is connected to my printer. Would I still be legally entitled to also pull it into the Sheet Music file on my iPad. Thanks for any help or suggestion. Rgds Graham
