After getting ZERO rupees bill for 8 months all of a sudden I get a bill of 8K plus. Tens of complaints at regional head office of Pune have been unfruitful.
PM announced Solar Yojna and MSEDCL is producing fake bills.....Complaint still under processing for more than 5 months even after sharing photos and videos of meter reading of each month over email and hard copies 😢
