The panel is a clear indication of physical damage and hence its not covered in the manufacturing warranty. The IC damage could be because of a power surge, and in case there is no internal stabilizer built in the TV. If that is the case then they would not cover IC as well because that is also out of the manufacturer's warranty clauses.
You are 100% right. What use is 25 year warranty when the company tries to escape its responsibility? The small brands (particularly the Chinese ones) are known for giving trouble. Best stick to LG/Sony/Samsung (even if these 3 too try the same trick sometimes). If Hisense TVs need stabilizer, they should tell that clearly in writing before the customer buys the product. This customer should go to consumer court.

Main problem is this company is Refusing service...because they know this is india so its ok no problem nobody can challenge them if they dont give service...this same brand hisense in other developed countries will be completely different
I bought a hihsense TV 50 inches, and paid 2,500 for extended 2 years warranty, total 5 yrs. After 6 months my hdmi 3 input got damaged and I complained to their service and the person visited and said entire board should be changed, no provision to change particular hdmi. After a week another person came with a new board and changed it. When the TV was on there was vertical strap lines and he again removed that new board and said will come with another better board. Almost nearly one month gone and the same person came with a new board and installed it. This was perfect and after settings is over everything was perfect and the person demanded nothing and the TV is fine now. Even the company charged nothing. Everything was replaced free of cost .

In this case I think because they could tell its physical damage they did not cover it under warranty. I purchased the exact same TV with same offer. It had no physical damage, started showing similar horizontal and vertical lines few days back. Got it checked by the service team and they have approved the Unit replacement. I am now getting Tornado 3 as replacement for my unit. Installation will be done in another 48hrs, will update on the case as it gets installed.

My TV also stopped working due to some power fluctuation and the technician without opening anything charged 350 rupees for just inspection. Then he said you will need to play for 8k for repair, after that i will get only 3months guarantee. Also the technician told me that you should have kept the stabiliser.
If product is out of warranty then they charge visit charges,even premium brands too. If there is problem in mother board then you can replace that thru the brand service,if there is problem is power supply and product is out of warranty,then you should go to local led tv mechanic,they can repair power supply, and can replace in less price

Yes ,it's a big problem with hisense, If sound is coming and video is not showing,may be panel backlight not working,that can be fixed. Check it - First turn on your TV, then turn on the flash light of the mobile, after that put the flash light of the mobile on the TV screen from a distance of one or two inches, rotate the flash light slowly on the screen and try to see tv home screen images,if images are there,then tv backlight is not working,you can replace backlight in Rs 2000 to 3000
Just check what was mentioned there when u purchased. If Tata cliq was showing 3yrs warranty. You can directly file a complaint against them and hi sense in Consumer court. Believe me..this is the last resort and it will help.
