For anyone interested - interesting detail that I did wrong during the tailslide: rudder yaw direction is reversed when the aircraft is falling backwards (negative airspeed) - I had full left rudder but the nose swung to the right. I should have had right rudder for the nose to correct back to the left during the slide.

I wasn't expecting the roll rate to be this lazy, thought it would be crisper. Very Flanker-esque. Plenty of stick input as well. Beautiful transition into the high alpha pass. Superb. And finally, didn't see a whole lot of rudder inputs. Good video, as always.

Thanks! Yeah, MiG needs a lot of input to get moving, and even more in real life than DCS I think, in certain aspects.

I have to admit, I'm not an enjoyer of FC3 jets (flight model, radar and overall fly feeling), but this one is quite immersive.

The MiG-29 Flight Model is actually fantastic. ED themselves claim that it’s one of the most accurate FMs they have in the game. Though it does have some flaws - I think the performance on the whole and the way the aircraft behaves on the whole is extremely believable, but it’s a bit too twitchy compared to the real aircraft in pitch at slower speeds. But overall it’s still really great!
