Canada will get to the knockout round with this watered-down 12 team field. Ms. Walsh needs a cheerleader uniform to go along with her talk. I support the players but the whole organization needs to disqualified. OOPS! Won't happen. A black eye to the Olympic women's tournament.
'Watered down ' field is only relative. Still 7 of the top 10 teams in the World are in the competition. But in a condensed field of 3 groups of 4 teams then the competion to advance to the knockout stage is extremely competitive. FYI
Problem here is if its systemic players also are involved and benefit. If the information from the drones was passed on to players in drills and through practice thats one thing. You are just followinb the coaches game plan. However, if the drone footage was shown, as a player you'd recognize another team practicing, you should have reported the cheating. Otherwise, like the coaches and assistsnts you're in on the scheme.
