wait, does hamstring burn stack on ability crits too? because if thats the case this item would be super broken on garen, no? if each of his critting spins would stack the burn and slow? if you get enough crit chance you could get like 10 stacks in 3 seconds like this on both opponents too, if you hit them. is it just me, or is that broken? because that item did more than 300 damage per stack at the end there.
