I really sympathize with Mr. Kim's accident that he had suffered. Perhaps, he should put some vaseline around the heel area to soften the skin to heal better in winter. And when the warm season comes around, soak his foot in the warm water and take a small stone to file down calluses on the foot area. That will reduce calluses and help heal for better comfort. Thinking ahead and being extra careful to avoid serious injuries would be the best defense for all of us. Thank you.
