🌴 Good afternoon from the stunning island of Bali! 🌞 Today, we're taking you on a tour of our beautiful SunSetHome located in the picturesque Lovina district. Nestled in the northern part of the island, our home offers breathtaking views of the Bali Sea and the neighboring island of Java. Join us as we explore this tropical paradise on a sunny, cloudless day! 🌊🏝️
Our journey begins at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level, where our home sits on a spacious 225 sq.m. plot. The road to Denpasar might be a bit bumpy, but the destination is well worth it. From here, it's just a short 4 km drive to the serene Lovina Beach. 🏖️ The plot is lush with cloves, bananas, and papayas, providing a true taste of Bali's natural beauty. 🍌🌺
As we step inside, you'll see there's ample parking space for cars and motorcycles. The house features 2 cozy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a closed living room that seamlessly connects to the kitchen. 🛏️🚿 There's also a unique 14-meter-long basement equipped with a one-cubic-meter water barrel, essential during the dry season when water is supplied only at night. But don't worry, the clean mountain water from nearby lakes is more than sufficient for daily use. For cooking and drinking, we rely on bottled water. 💧🏡
We can't wait to show you the villa's name and the refreshing swimming pool, a perfect spot to relax and soak in the sun. 🌊 When we first acquired this site, water scarcity was a significant issue, but thanks to the village administration, a reliable water supply system was laid down from the mountains. Now, we enjoy an uninterrupted water source, making life here even more idyllic. 🏊‍♂️🏞️
