Do you ever miss the original style and era of analog horror? Well during my analog horror soul searching I managed to stumble upon two different channels with analog horror works that I think recapture that original style, where it’s not too hard to follow but also vague enough to consistently leave you questioning...

The hallucinations you see during sleep paralysis are no joke, I experienced it only once when I was a kid and I swear I saw the shadow of the Grim Reaper, scythe, dark cloak, everything. It was incredibly vivid and he just floated outside my window for a few seconds before flying away.
I used to have a loft conversion bedroom, with a door that lead to the unconverted storage part of the loft at the end of my bed. I lived alone and during the night I awoke and I was having sleep paralysis, the door at the end of my bed opened and out crawled a man, his arms and legs were impossibly long and his skin was hanging off in strips and he had no lips or eyelids, he kept crawling towards me, closer and closer...
Until I finally "woke" up and he was gone.

The tree one shows a lepidodendron tree, it became a meme where someone made some psa thing that was basically the same thing, but instead of being stuck in the mezosoic if you look too much (weird because lepidondendron was from the paleozoic) it was because you fell into a rip in the fabric of reality or something, even the song used in there is usually related to the meme

I suffer from hallucinations when waking up. I used to call them night terrors but that’s really not the best name. But sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and I see something scary, usually something standing in the doorway. Weird enough the thing itself isn’t always scary, but I will feel intense fear upon seeing it. Eventually I learned that if I stay calm and stare at it, it will literally fade away before my eyes.
I will never forget the night I saw my husband standing in the doorway even though he was sleeping next to me. He was beckoning me to follow him. Eventually he just walked away and I the hallucination ended. It was so weird so it really stuck with me.
Such a nice video to watch just before sleeping... hope i don't get any dream!!

Sleep paralysis is horrific, but I find it very comical to refer to it as don't panic. Because imagine a horror creature whose only way to hurt you is to make you panic. Like I'm sure the first couple people who saw them would get killed, and people who witnessed that would be creeped out. But that would be a really easy situation to just raise your kids to not be scared of them. Granted it depends on the depth, if any shred of fear caused it you might be boned

first off THATS ENNARD FROM FNAF second i speculate that the monster might be an aborted child,the text at the end "can a mother forget her nursing child" by "nursing" i think its referring more to the womb as it acts as a sort of "nursery" for the fetus also IUDs are made out of copper hence why he smells like copper the wires might be due to one of the more "DIY" techniques of abortion and its face kinda looks like a child i think the monster is a manifestation of multiple traumas involving child abuse and abortion but again this is a very insane theory and im 90% sure that the monster isnt that but still we gota find a reason as WHY it looks like that right?

I think the term analog horror has become far to diluted. I see people referring to things that aren't even remotely analog and analog horror.
In that Streetlight one does that mean the sun suddenly sets? The sun never just suddenly sets.
But if your nightmares are tormented, doesn't that mean that they will go away?
For the radio one I want to know what you would look like and if the process would be painful hopefully we get these answers
