Completely agree about Fowler, kid has just the level of skill and just the right amount of psycho to handle MTL as a goalie, lets be honest CP31 was unhinged too (the quiet kind), as a matter of fact there are no 'sane' superstar goalies ever lol, these guys just have to be built different from regular humans

In the system who shoot right. We are definitely heavier on LD obviously but I’m not too worried about it to be honest. Let’s say Logan Mailloux and Reinbacher reach their potentials and become top 4 Defenders in the NHL, We are good and this Konyushkov kid has some lowkey potential this kid is gonna come out of nowhere and shock Habs fans who don’t pay attention to prospects… I’m not saying he’s going to be a an elite D, But he’s gonna be very very good, The hype Romanov had in Montreal because of his physicality will be doubled with this kid, He’s also a solid leader, Has some offensive upside, great defensively…
I’ll tell you this we won’t be like the leafs dying for a RHD for years lmao 🤣🤣 they had Muzzin and blew it other than that they have been so weak at that position and it one of the reasons why they have lost so many leads or chocked in the playoffs lol, Scoring Goals and Having two solid RHD’s is the reason the leafs have failed so much.
Montreal will not have this problem, There will be trades, More drafting, Signings in the future so the Habs will most likely trade some LHD’s and add some more righty’s to even it out… All these prospects won’t play for the Habs and may not even play for Laval we just have too much prospects at the moment lol so some moves will be made for sure, Gonna be exciting with this team for the next 10+ years, I can’t believe how well Hughes and Gorton have fixed this organization in a 3 year time span and continue to do so they really don’t get enough credit from the fans.

Yea if healthy , hes at around 52% FO success rate.
Actually the Average 4th line minutes is 12 minutes 49 seconds to 6 minutes 34 seconds.. The Average point totals for a 4th liner is 20.8 points over 82 games played but it depends on the team… 3rd line players Average around 15 minutes and 59 seconds to 13 minutes flat of ice time and on average they get 34 points on average…
Im sorry but Marty doesnt let the kids Play. And thats exactly why i was ao frustrated with him last year. He was coaching to win, playing the vets, even when they didnt deserve it. I hope he changes that this year.
This is just not true but okay lol… Marty's coaching style is "no system" where he lets the players think for themselves mostly so I disagree..
I literally remember his throwing Juraj on the first line and keeping him there, Guhle always playing on the first pair, Roy was playing on the 3rd line sometimes getting second line minutes on the 3rd line, he used struble as well.. Joshua Roy is not a player that’s ready to be thrown to the wolves and get top 6 minutes full time lmao so Marty put him on the 3rd line and have that line second line minutes here and there, Juraj wasn’t ready for the first line as well, He worked with him got him ready by making him work on his “on ice awareness” then when he was ready he put em there and left em there…
So I guess you were frustrated all last season for no reason or you’re just expecting way too much from the young players… You wanna ruin these players coming into the NHL then sure… Throw them in right away and let them sink or swim… No lmao that’s not the smart way to do it, Yeah it may work sometimes, but it may also ruin a player for no reason or delay their development.
What kids did you want him playing last year I swear some of you just don't think before they type 😂🤦

Nah i think last few years arent a telling tale, hes handcuffed with certsin vets, specifically on the 3rd line, but there is also no pressure to FORCE the kids to play quite yet so i didnt have any issues with it personally these kids are fine learning in their respective leagues imo...for now, but this year is gonna be different
