i did everything here yet it still takes up 100% cpu so i went to task manager to check if there was anything else and sure enough antimalware service executable was taking up over 20% of my cpu (when running fortnite) i checked on my brother's pc which is the same build as mine but his takes up only 2%. is there a way to lower this

brother you have to disable antivirus inorder to end this task, i would prefer you to install defender control 2., it will surely help!
