Im loving this rebranding, Im loving the new hair and look. I would probably say "work song" but "too sweet" and "take me to church" is ionic as well which much to my delight you have done covers for now

I already loved this song very deeply, but hearing it sung with a voice so different from Hozier's (yet still somehow perfect for the song) made me love it even more. New one to put on repeat for a while! Great, great work.

This is a pretty cool cover! For me it’s up there with DOQMEETS’s cover of Lost Kitten. This feels more polished but both have a lovely sound.
Wait hozier was the person of take me tu church
This is surprisingly different from other covers. I'm not sure if I'm making sense, but where other takes on this song feels quite defeated? As if there's no fixing the differences between the relationship and it would be better to simply walk away and support them from the background. I could be entirely wrong but that's how I've viewed the song.
But Chloe's take feels a lot more temporary, it's "too sweet for me" for NOW. Things will change and get better, soon the relationship will be just right, not too sweet, not too bitter, and not too sour? spicy? I wasn't really sure what the opposite of sweet is but who cares.
Either way, this feels a lot more upbeat to me and I like it.
(I've posted this, read it, and I'm not even making any sense to myself :p)
