It is based on the chassis of the Brazilian market Volkswagen Type 3 with a 1.7 L air-cooled H4 motor. "SP" is said to be an initialism of São Paulo where the car was built or "sports prototype". It’s a good video looks like a pretty cool show but the reflection of the lights overhead is not so good, do you think they would’ve hung some sheets of material over those to defuse the light
