@@answerman9933 well, with traffic, I believe that's all heavily populated urban areas throughout the PI. As an older adult, medical care is a major concern. Some in Dumaguete get good med care and some don't. The rest of PI is not better med care either. I spent a few months in PI while I was in the Navy many moons ago. A beautiful country and beautiful people.
I second the motion, what camera are you using? I've been there in Dumaguete and I miss the place. It's a six hour bus ride from Bacolod via Mabinay and there's a scenic view when the bus is crossing the mountains.

Lots of traffic, free-for-all intersections, poor hospitals and medical care. If you can deal with that, then it looks very nice.
