yes! glad someone noticed that!!
while it can be interpreted that way too, it initially was just ford and bills pov (ford writes in print occasionally and i used that for the loud part in the middle) i can see it being stan's perspective as well :))

or like it's both stan and fords pov simultaneously because they're both thinking about where each other are and being stuck, not able to get to the other, so definitely yes!!!
