Full respect to Vik for being open about his Chrons. My partner, who’s almost 40, has it and it’s not easy. It was refreshing to see Vik talk about it - gives the younger generations a greater idea about chronic conditions, especially when they hear it from someone they look up to.

Exactly I got diagnosed with it when I was 18 now 26 had all sort of operations so I know how bad vik is going through it
Yeah i got crohns and arthritis as a 24 year old, have had 30 centimeters of intestines removed last april, feel much better now but before that i had eaten about 2kg vegtables in about 3 years because i would bleed all the time and it felt like nails everytime i ate it. right now im on RINVOQ every day and very often oxycodone because of my back.

Vik telling us about his Crohn’s was huge, as someone who’s been diagnosed with it for 10 years now talking about it is very hard to do. He’s not alone and deserves so much respect for that. I can agree hard to deal with but gets better after some time with figuring out what work

seeing vik open up about his crohn’s disease is a really big thing, as someone who also has it and has gone through similar things to him i can only wish him the best and hope he gets all the help and support he deserves
My mom has crohns its not a nice thing to deal with or see , worst part is not many people understand what it is or have never heard of it which makes it very difficult when its not a visual thing for people to see they tend to think your fixed on a good day somehow

Honestly one of the most captivating and genuine videos I've seen from the boys. Vik opening up about his medical condition whilst JJ also showing his sympathic side and the other two teams creating such chaotic and cool experiences along with just a great video idea made for a great two hour special. Great work and hopefully we see more stuff like this in the future.
Crohn’s isn’t the worst thing in the world but the fact Vikk never let us know got me for some reason 😢.
This video was awesome. Second time watching it. Wish the guys had more time. I said bring a part 2 and this time give then 2-3 days. That way it would be possible to do more challenges and also travel to more countries. Well done guys

Hearing Vik open up about his Crohns struggle really hit me hard as someone who got diagnosed with it 4 years ago. Mine got so bad I had to have my colon removed as it nearly killed me. I literally had no clue he had it until this video but it’s good he was open about it instead of suffering in silence! Much love and respect brother ❤

Harry and Josh actually going to the Maldives or even South Africa is such a breath of fresh air for the channel. We are so used to the boys going to Dubai. We understand that filming and staying in Dubai is much easier but i would love to see the boys in Australia, islands like Maldives or even south asia
Yea I agree idk why I love these videos so much but it’s just cool seeing them go on actual adventures and have cool experiences, we all want to do it but most can’t so it’s at least cool to kind of experience it through the video. Mad respect to vikk for coming out to shoot while dealing with crohn’s. Josh I believe also has anxiety. Ethan fought and won battles with his depression too. It’s sad to have to change plans when there’s emergencies, but I feel it’s healthy to sometimes step back and remember that the boys are human.

I was just diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease this year. The pain and uncomfortable feeling of this illness has been unbearable and really hard to go through, so kudos to Vik for even being able to go on as long as he did
I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease five years ago and had no idea Vik was also diagnosed. Huge respect for speaking out about it and being so open!! Such a horrible disease but definitely helps break the stigma on autoimmune diseases

Amazing for Vik to open up about such a personal thing on a RUclips video being viewed by millions of people. I also have chron's but medicine has kept me well now for a long while. I had some tough times when I was a lot younger and it sounds like Vik is experiencing the rough side of things at the moment. Stay strong brother, a real inspiration to us all to achieve so much with what can be a really debilitating and sometimes restrictive condition

I'm not sure how this video will perform in the long-run, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do this video concept again! I loved it so much, and it's really cool how it creates opportunities for the Sidemen to go to places that they wouldn't usually go to.
Also, it would be really cool if there was more time spent in the actual destinations. Maybe allocate 24 hours to travelling, and another 24 hours staying in the actual destination? It could be a more heavily edited video, or it could be two back-to-back Sidemen Sundays. All in all, I just love it. Big up the Sidemen!
