What about judgments obtained by credit providers from foreign Magistrate Courts often signed off by the clerk of the foreign court where the debtor does not reside or work in within the jurisdiction of such court & that ultimately leads to a garnishee order or orders being implemented on debtors salaries by employers, only to be noticed by debtors that amount/s have been deducted when receiving their next pay cheque.
