This Easter holiday was so bored that I stayed home for days, so I decided to take out this song, rearranged the score from scratch and of course uploaded with a better piano sample.
This song is already more than 10 years old but it is still beautiful.

Edit:
One thing I forgot to mention. Starting from bar 124 in the full piano score that is the "outro" section that play the lead synth melody. If you prefer the guitar melody, just look at the melody pdf file, the purple notes are the guitar melody.
