I love how BTD Battles started as a strategy game and became pay to win/grind for advantage over time. Wonderful gameplay decisions from NK
Honestly, they should have just stopped at the new powers. Next the towers are gonna have speciality buildings that this rate.

The community: We don't like powers as they are currently because they aren't balanced, skewed the meta too much, too grindy, have a messed up risk:reward ratio, and rely too much on blind information
Ninja Kiwi: Got it, here are a bunch of new powers that mess with a core part of the game (eco), have a psuedo rock-paper-scissors component, and no balance changes to existing powers other then a small bugfix

is heli-farm-super monkey a common comp? You should try it! I just spam 2-4 helis and 4-2 farms until ceramics or moabs, then start filling the map with super monkey temples because I have so much money at that point. And when the zomgs start, i have enough hp to leak a moab.

This change is going to be a fairly solid hit to people who start dartling or heli pilot after a farm. Since you can't see your opponents boosts, the stratagem that required sacrificing your first round worth of lives have become far too great of a risk.
sad they didnt remove powers but this makes the game crazy fun with the amount of different strats it opens up

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think it's better to use salty wounds when you don't play with farms, so you can completely focus on your eco... If you play farms, use the bottom row 1st tier?
If your farming copy eco is better because most people do salted wounds
What are the shortcuts to upgrade?
They need to remake the tier 1 copy eco because it's kind of bad, they should instead,
A) Increase the Max steal amount of money by a bit.
B) Steal instead the opponent's income.
No, that's a terrible idea, imagine working hard to get eco and you get reduced to 0. That's a terrible idea. Go sit in a corner.
