    I'm glad to see Jimmy on Tv again.
    He seems like a lovely man and that's probably a largely why he still has such a strong fanbase.
    Everyone seems to be getting a little carried away with his recent decent form, but, imo, his best game would not get him anywhere near a title.
    The game has evolved so much that those past greats, even with their best form would probably not win anything. They are still legends and very relevant.
    They, inc Jimmy, have my respect because they moved they game along.
    I'm just calling it as I see it.

  • @danieldecides7894
    @danieldecides7894 Год назад

    As the greatest snooker commentator and analyst not on TV - I can conclude or i did readily that was never a free ball.
    Also, the attempted pool shot by JL with red onto pink trying to get a decent white, perhaps behind the black was to me bizarre to say the least.
    Finally, the second frame specifically was an opportunity to make a lay man or woman a big chunk of money via betting in running - if that is even permitted.
    I fancied White to take that frame and yet at times he would have had decent odds in running.
    To make money with snooker betting in running you need three primary necessities:
    First - you need stake money.
    Two - you need the pictures to be genuinely live as in you cannot reasonably expect to participate in betting nevermind win if you are watching a time delayed sporting contest.
    3 - Most vitally after those two - you need the players to be solely focused on being professional and sincere and straight insofar as their objective is to compete and also, win the frame and match.
    In other words - the antithesis of horse racing.
    If you get those three things and you have my brain or a brain that functions with understanding of snooker - and a heart and appreciate risk versus reward - the opportunity to make money betting in running and antepost from snooker is to my mind as good as anything i can think of outside of political betting and perhaps rugby to an extent.

      I always noticed he uses a small tip. Makes accuracy when striking the white ball harder, but gives you more positional options. For this alone I always rated his natural talent, which is obviously exceptional, but never noticed he avoids playing topspin
