I just bought one yesterday and I liked it at first, but I would wake up to make sure it’s charging it says it’s a 48%. Made sure the blue light was on, it wasn’t so replaced my phone again 2 hours later still says 48%. Took my phone case off and didn’t wait long it did charge alittle more. But debating if I should return and just get a cord.
If it's wireless will it charge the Android phone and when you charge it up how does the phone charge to you later on top of the charger and do you have to download an app for the charger to work somebody please call me back and let me know

I have a LA Lakers new charger. I plugged it in & it has a red light on it. Does the light turn green when it is charged or is it already charged because it is plugged into an USB on my computer? Can't figure out how to use it on my new IPod or my crappy android cell. Can U help?
You should really read the manuals and tell people what all the different flashing lights mean that's the reason why I watch this video and you did not answer the question so I guess I will go look at my own manual

I have switched outlets. Just another reason to start drinking as I have been engaged in this madness for almost 3 hrs! Thanks for the help but I guess I am going in for a refund in the a.m.

It does charge through the Galaxy Note 9 Otterbox Defender Pro case but it charges so slow it's not worth it.
The slower the charge rate, the longer your battery's life span will be. To me, the slower, the better.
because its not a high wattage charger you need a higher one to charge it faster they make 30 watt chargers this is only 5w

It blinks blue when the phone is on docking station, so it's charging.
I use it on my iPhone 11 and I like it
