- Linville Gorge is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. We camped in the best location in the gorge. This adventure reminded me of how amazing my life is the way it is right now and reassured me that I'm heading in the right direction, and to stop caring what people think.

Hey friend...Just stumbled across your video and really enjoyed it...That is a beautiful spot...I hammock camped there a few weeks back and it was great until about 12 am and then the wind got brutal...I moved on inland for my second night...Keep doing what you enjoy and all will work out...

It's at the top of Shortoff mtn right off the trail. I used Alltrails to see where all the camp spots were up there and found it. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Hey can I go camping at this spot without problems during this time? I saw you need a permit, however I don't believe that a permit is needed during April. I'm just not sure.... but I'd love to try sooner than later!
I'm not sure if you need one now, but when I went, you needed a permit.

If you /Caden practice camping/hiking for a year to shake down everything; could you see doing the Appalachian Tail? There are two friends I'm watching on YT (Kyle hates hiking) that have completed that AT. Having 2 people doing the hike together makes for a much better dynamic video/clips because of how you two interact with one another.
If you do decide to go for it; broadcast that idea a lot of times and I believe your following would really start to increase to the point where ppl would start putting in the funds to make it happen.
