We've seen how opening up well in the 300/400m has worked wonders for Tebogo in the 100/200m, would like to see Shericka similarly open a little better in one or both of those events than she has since '21 for better conditioning & background work! A low 35s & high 49s in both events would be great to see from her & set the rest of her season up very well in both 100/200m!
Shericka physical condition this year is so much better, her programme will be smooth and timely and she will be ready in immaculate form and return to the top. There was a need for haste last year she had to lose weight fast steven got a specialist who got the weight down, her training continued trying to get her into form quickly since she lost a lot of training time. Unfortunately she was not where she needed to be so she got injured. She just didnt get fit enough to compete at the highest level and got injuried. There will be nothing like that happening this year, she has a lot of time to be fully prepared i expect her to dominate her 60m time shows she is in exceptional form thus early, a composed technical display, with the ending of the race being her strongest part. My view she will be a lonely 200m winner and will win the 100m comfortably. Vredda stop fret down mi athlete, she betta than good.
I would say this is the year Jacko focuses solely on the 200M. After that injury I’m sure it would be the smartest decision and have the other 3 upcoming ladies compete in the 100M.
Yo bro she ok. She started training heavy and late in the season last year, she wasnt fit enough and thats what caused the injury. She started training early this year and her condituon is good she will dominate.
When was it ever said Shericka could break the 100m record? She's never said it and I've never seen anyone else mentioning that. As for the 200m, I unfortunately think she missed her opportunity in 2023. I feel like sprinters only get one PEAK year to do it and if it doesn't happen at that time, it probably wont. That being said.....I think she can win the 200 in Tokyo IF she's fit and healthy.
@@Objectivity-w5j of course she can who is beating when she healthy? This is why mvp taking their time with her until she is fully heeled then have her focusing sole on the 200m and leave the 100m up to the young guns.. By having the guns open their early to work on their start and drive phase in the first 60m, getting them A costume to running in the low 10.72 or 10.70 by the time September comes around…
@@tyeguy5373 Read what I said again. I didn't say anything about someone beating her. I said she and her people never said anything about breaking the 100m record. As for the 200m record, I think her opportunity is gone but she probably can and should win in Tokyo.
Give how last season ended I don't want to expect nothing , I just hope she comeback stronger
Good thing to hope for but not something to expect

Shericka .... needs to get back in shape.... she used to have a 4 pack ... now there is nothing like that ! lots of work to be done !
He always pulling down Shericka he said she cannot run 10;65 then he change his profile, but same hatred
who??
To me Shericka didn't look good in the first 100m last year because she looked heavy.
Shericka Jackson *lied to me* and will not break any of the world records in the 100m and 200m... also i expect *The unexpected*
