Kathy and Amit @D54pod react to the teaser for L2E Empuraan, an upcoming Indian Malayalam-language action thriller directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran and written by Murali Gopy. It is the second installment in a planned trilogy, following the 2019 film, Lucifer. It stars Mohanlal as Khureshi-Ab'raam / Stephen Nedumpally, alongside Prithviraj, Indrajith Sukumaran, Tovino Thomas, Manju Warrier, Saniya Iyappan, Saikumar, Baiju Santhosh, Fazil and Sachin Khedekar reprising their roles from the original.

Mohanlal's character in Lucifer is the Kerala politician Stephen. But towards the end of the movie, it is revealed that he was not the average politician that everyone thought he is, but has a murky past as an international mercenary overlord, Khureshi Abram and he is hiding that past after coming back to Kerala and leading his life as a normal politician. The second part is conceived as a prequel exploring his life as Khureshi Abram as well as a sequel to Lucifer where it ended.
Its actually about the illuminati concept.. ots a well researched movie... well researched... secret society etc etc...
