You get it if you finish the quest for Valerio vineyard (making sure that the brothers work together) that is given by Bradlock, then find all of the clues related to the assault on Volker and talk to Bradlock.
@@Alron112 How do you make them work together? I tryed them both but after warning them that their meassures are extreme i just got the option of accepting the quest, sabotaging the other. =/
