6"x2" Billboard?
The problem I have is that illustrator has a size limit of 5.7m and most billboards are way bigger than that. This is an issue when working with images.

How do you make sure your image will expand with your design? I use Vistaprint for signs and they accept Ai format but if my images are small the design will be perfect but the images will come out all blurry in the proof.

I was show you process only and have to take high quality images...After that will not come out blurry...

Sorry you did not receive your answer. What you want to do is work on a small canvas and scale up with you export. If the photos are High Res, when you scale up, it will only stretch but so much. and for a billboard the images do not need to be pixel perfect because they're meant to be seen from a distance. (all that to say, make sure you import the high res photos into your Ai Artboard)
