In Pakistani Punjab 99% of Sikhs converted to muslims.
In India 0% of Sikhs converted to hindu.
@JHAJJ I am also from Punjab. 50% of Pakistan Population is punjabi. But land wise Punjab contributes like 20%.

But in villages , they speaks their local languages. So Pakistan still has a huge Punjabi speaking population but yeah after 50 years, there will be mostly Urdu speakers here.

Been following his videos since his first day in Kochi, Kerala. Saw Muslims wearing Hijab in Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan,U.P., and Delhi and also all Muslims were following their religion and going to Dargah and Masjid and were roaming as free as anybody else around them,,,,, Saw Churches in Goa and Christians in Kerala and Goa following their religion and doing whatever they want as a free person, Saw Sikhs in Delhi and Punjab following their religion and going to their Gurudwaras freely..... Hindus treating Pakistani Muslim (Abrar) with love and respect. In short India is Peaceful and every religion is prospering in India but Pakistanis think Minorities are being oppressed which is totally false. Fights happen everywhere around the world, that does not mean India is treating its minorities badly.
Proud to be born in a country where More then a Billion people are living together. It is soooooooooo hard to achieve such kind of Harmony when your language and culture change every hundred kilometres.

Exactly. Even noted academics/intellectuals in pakistan like Dr. Isthtiaq Ahmed, Dr Pervez Hoodboy whihc we all admire think so. At present Dr. Ishtiaq Ahmed is presently in India and has been completely mesmerized by Indian Hospitality. Moreover, he clearly said and is saying as i Write that has not seen any evidence of Muslims/minorities being subjugated. He even said he saw Muslims women inn Burqa/hijab and saw muslim men freely attending Mosques. Atleast Abrar is clearing that misconception

Very happy with the hospitality of Indian Punjab and the night view of Amritsar city is very beautiful Jallianwala Bagh and Golden Temple and the food here is very nice.❤
One truth is that India will change a visitor like no other place. I met many people from all over the world; Jews, Central Asians, Arabs, Russians from different backgrounds. They said they felt a certain warmth and spirituality as soon as they crossed Wagah - like no other place in the world. One of my college professors left a high flying law position in DC and became a tile layer after a heron sat on his backpack at Atari! The harmony is not even a second thought. A Tibetan would walk into a gurudwara to learn and play harmonium. A gurudwara, temple and a monastery simultaneously blare their sermons and no one bats an eye. What Shimla has, even the best European and American resorts are void of. In poverty and torn clothes, without a roof, only an Indian can chirp like a bird and smile like a baby. Where an old widow without a source of income would split her evening roti with a dog in the street. They grin and bear their destiny with grit that even the gods would be envious of. That is the other India.
We all love India, but thoda kam karlo Kaur Ji. If everything was so beautiful and Magical in India, we wouldn't have millions of Indians immigrating to the west or waiting to immigrate.

As a result, Pakistanis are not used to day to day harmonious dealings in a multicultural society under a democratic constitution. Therefore it has been easy to brainwash Pakistani citizens against India, mainly marinating their minds with Hindu hatred. In India, Muslims are nearly 20% in population enjoying equal rights. They are also used to multicultural existence unlike in Pakistan. Their mosques and madrasas teach them Momin vs Kafir ideology. But because they are so closely intertwined with non Muslims, they do not harbor such an aggressive Hindu hatred like most Pakistanis do. I m sure your father helped with donations to Gurudwaras and Mandirs too. It was normal in those days and there was a lot more harmony than the madness of 1947 would convey.
This love and niceness to others as embodied by Bulleh Shah and all Gurus has almost disappeared from public discourse in Pakistani. It's because hardly any Pakistanis have lived closely with any Non-Muslims in Pakistan and are brainwashed by the terrible school curriculum by the NCP and the Medaris.
