Accepting Help

Accepting I need help isn't my forte and this video is all about how I learnt to ask for assistance when necessary.

There are organisations that are disability specific with their own advice so give it a quick Google and see what's closest to you!
The most important thing is to register as disabled in order to have a social worker assigned to you. To do that, you gotta contact your local council.
