I think Sleep is the most underrated thing on this list, but I have lower back pain that prevents good sleep. Maybe Healthline could do more videos on the best way to lose lower back pain.
Same here but an inversion table is not healthy if you’ve already reached obesity.. I found that out the hard way 😂.. I gave mine away but when I decrease my weight I’m buying another one ..
Thank you for sharing these wonderful tips, in a non shaming non extreme way. It helps a person to have hope that no matter where they are in their health journey, they can make real changes for the better every day.
I will check out the health line tips......your last video helped changed my diet...I just added red kidney beans to my salad guacamole salmon filet mustard-spicy brown- extra virgin olive oil...evoo...curry powder ground black peper, cucumber, feta cheese crumbles, lettuce......Happy Camper....next will be Banana and apple.... pineapples a must mixed with coconut water from the market and raspberry mixed blended smoothie, added yogurt ...I WILL LIVE.....MY LIFE!
I enjoyed the simplicity of the podcast. I’ve been watching numerous podcasts about losing weight and belly fat specifically, and many are very confusing.
THE ONLY THING YOU NEED IS A CALORIC DEFICIT!!!! YOU CANT JUST SPOT REDUDE FROM A PARTICULAR BODY PART (like stomach) FAT REDUCES OVERALL FROM THE BODY NOT FROM ONE PARTICULAR BODY PART.
Thank You so much. I think this video is going to help me a lot. I"m 64 yrs old, 5 ft 11 inches my weight is 216 which is down from 238 when I had covid. And my belly circumference is 63 inchs and I have diabetes. My A1C is 7.6 which I know is not bad but I want more like 6.5. Maybe then I can get my libito back also, "God Willing". But after all these years of talking the talk but not really walking the walk. I've added this video to my favorites. And I'm going to follow everything you recommended on the video starting tomorrow as I need to do some food shopping pick up some things you Suggested in the video first. My weight goal is 200lbs. So Thank You again and here goes.
Hi...I weigh 120 kgs...my belly hangs over my genitals. Recently...I started having pain i knee joints. I now have to loose a lot of weight. I have realized...there is no other option. I have started by following a healthy diet as you mentioned in this video. My question is...while I loose weight...will my drooping belly lift naturally....or its a gone case for me and later I will need tummy tuck?
I struggle with sleep and I'm working on it also anxiety is a thing for me I am very active i love to bike and I do strength training I need to tweak my diet ! my issue is the belly fat abelow the waist
I think a lot of where and how you accumulate subcutaneous fat is genetic. I know ppl who eat absolute garbage and don’t gain any subcue fat. I eat at very intentional diet filled with lots of fiber, adequate protein, fat, and whole fruits/veggies, grains and still have a small amount of belly, male 41, about 5’7”. I fast from about 7p-10a, and I feel good, so I’m going to roll with it. I think being fairly short doesn’t help either.
2 drinks a day for men? Like, in my heyday I was drinking less than that. All on one day of the week mind you... but still only about 10 drinks on a good night.

The fact that nobody talks about the book Woman’s weight loss secrets: the unspoken truth, speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance
That's what I like about Healthline. No hype or product pushing, just sound information and scientifically based knowledge sharing
Dude, right?? I keep waiting for some form of advertisement. But, nope! Just the science based facts.
@@JamesFoxFiles No! And agree!

An inversion table can work very well. Healthline has a review on it.

Is that really the only thing you need?
I have tried this. I have skipped Carbs for the passed 7days and my belly has reduced. I no longer feel hungry.
@@SteveMK really??? what carbs did u cut out? just bread?
Yep. Everyone will lose it in different areas at different rates but a diet low on the glycemic index has worked for me.
