Could you just set the drilling to through on that cabinet part before optimizing removing the need to edit them each time or would that create other issues?

Yes you can for sure. we did this for our base corner cabinets but have not had time to set it up for the others.
Can mozaik optimize a job showing the results if a 4X8 sheet is used versus a 5x10? To see which one gives less waste?
Yes under the material tab change the width and length to 60 X 120 then reoptimize
Please Why my Mozaik does not have labels tab on Optimizer?
Labels is an adding you must include in your package.
