Sumit Sir....your videos are always helpful. I have a request, please make detailed videos on Sumproduct function, please a playlist for it possible. -Thanks Masum
This was very helpful and insightful, love learning new things!! I too love keyboard shortcuts!! Thank you Sumit for taking the time to share your knowledge with us by making this videos! Thank you for all you do, you are appreciated!!!!
Good morning. Could you please add a video to show how to disable the keyboard in excel. I wouldn't like to disable the inputs but only inputs via the keyboard. Thanks
While I couldnt find the option to add Center Across Selection to the Quick Access Toolbar, a workaround would be to have a macro that does that and then add the macro in the QAT. Here is the code that would do this: Sub CenterAcrossSelection() Selection.HorizontalAlignment = xlCenterAcrossSelection End Sub You can save this code in your Personal Macro Workbook, and then it would work on every workbook on your system
I have used a Center-Across similar to Sumit's for years and is just about the #1 button in my QAT. I hate merged cells so I thank the Excel Higher Powers for Center-Across!
Thanks... Glad you found the video helpful. People always tell me I speak fast and I have been working on it, so the feedback on pace is good to hear 🙂
Dear Sumit Bansal Sir, is there a way in the pivot table to use two filters on filters section (I am Talking about Pivot table field list) having one field. For example: i want to keep the daily target of a salespersons by selecting day 1, and then calculating their total sales by using another filter having identical filter from the filter section to include day 1 to day 5 total to get the total sales from the same filter available twice (if possible). Because target is same for all days for a sales person. so if i want to see two days performance combined performance, it also sums up both days target and provide wrong results.
The kind of knowledge you have Sumit is Amazing. I always wait for your Magic. This one is one of the best HACKS. Appreciate you efforts... Keep Shining!!!!!

The one I struggle with is getting quick access to center across selection. How do I do that?

Oh MY !
This hack is very good - I've been using it a lot for macros. One can also put a button connected to a macro and the ""Alt+number" trick works fine.
Yeah, you can also put macro icons and run a macro with the shortcut. I use this all the time
Very useful. Thanks.
Thumbs 👍 added 😅
