You can make chassis and parts with only hand tools without a CNC machine or 3D printer.

Yes, it's possible. It need upper arms modification. I consider it later.
@@zeusgarage4368 and you also need to get the lesser offset to make the steering more better，and futher more you also can improve up the gear ratio，which can make the torque output more comfort。

What type bolt you use?do you have a link to buy it?
I bought in my country(Korea). It is standard M2 wrench bolt. You must check stain less steel(silver color). Oxidized steel(black color) is too hard to cut. I left link only for reference. You can't buy it from other country.
