He should have been refused to get on the ride in the first place. They refused all the other rides so why not this one? He was a large child and was nervous about riding. He should have asked the attendant to let him off the ride. Sometimes your instinct can warn you about dangers. So listen to them.
He should of never been allowed on that ride. The amusement park failed that poor boy. They failed to do their job and I hope that family sues them for millions because they will win. The attendant is suppose to go around making sure every rider is properly secured before the ride takes off and they can’t say they did cause the evidence points to them not doing their job. The ride attendant should be held accountable.
