I love Lizi Avsajanishvili. She is the more artistic one in this role from the performances of Vaganova from the last several years I have seen.
This is super cute with gorgeous costumes! The girls jumping on their pointes at 12:00 was interesting.

@@silena197 what pointe shoe do you think she has on? they fit so perfectly on her! I know vaganova dancers like grishko or Russians but I NEED TO KNOW what style she has!! they almost look like split sole. It is hard to tell as they are painted though.

I saw the Dance of the Little Swans (the Vaganova audition video) and I recognize a few faces in the dance with the little soldiers and the little girls, ha.
These are not the same kids, they just look similar to you because it's the same dance as in the documentary. The video is from November of this year, there is a full version on the Vaganova academy channel which has the dates. It's been 5 years since the documentary. The girls in The Dance of the Little Swans are 15-16 now while the "little soldiers/girls" dance is danced by 11- 13 year olds. (edited to add) In fact, one of the dancers in the soldiers dance is Natalie Furman who was 11 at the time of this video and is currently in the 2nd (ballet) grade at the academy.
They are not the same dancers. The dancers in that video are probably in their 6th year at vaganova.

If you mean Lada Sartakova, she is dancing in the waltz (girls in brown skirts) which starts at 32:14. I am not sure at which moment she is more visible. I found it at the credits in Russian at the end of a full video on the Vaganova academy channel which contains the suit from The Fairy Doll above as well as other performances. (edited to add)

These presentations would be much more enjoyable on a real stage. They'd have more room to work, wider and more spacious for the young people. I don't know though, perhaps renting a venue would be too expensive.
I watched one of the on stage performances with an absolute gorgouse and fancy backdrop that I thought couldn't hold a candle to this one when it came to convey the emotions of the clowns and the girl as she passed from one to the other. This performance was movingly personal and they even danced better. My humble opnion.
