The need for a Constitutional Court to expedite pending cases of a non political nature is a brilliant idea. So why not let a new court led by whoever , appointed by whoever handle ALL the non political pending cases and let the present Supreme Court, led by the incoming CJ be designated “ Constitutional Court “ to handle ALL the political / constitutional cases. This is the solution if the intention is to benefit everyone
