I’ve been a court reporter more years than I’d want to admit. At 47, I unfortunately was involved with a big civil trial. My main worry that shocked my great attorney was serious to me: do not bore the judge, jurors with a dreary presentation. I’ve seen it all too often. You don’t comprehend what you don’t pay attention to. Likability and engagement matters, respectfully in my humble opinion. Likability won’t overcome an ineffective attorney but necessary for your best result. Cases with one side fantastic in presentation and the other blah is sad; it’s one of the most important days in your life.😮

Do you play background music when you talk to the jury, too? Apparently you think it makes your videos easier to comprehend? There is a reason why I don't turn on the TV when I listen to your other videos - it's because I don't want to hear anything but what you have to say.
