Security guard say "no interview" yet, you never gave up and asked him questions about his job..I guess the security is very clear about the difference between "interview" and "people asking questions", which he is very friendly to answer and help. That's is his job. 🤣🤣🤣 BTW, in Malaysia, when someone say "Cannot do this", you asked "Why?" If the reply is "Boss say Cannot" then, you say "But Boss is not here.." Then, chances are, he will let you carry on. Hahaha. Cheers

As a Malaysian living in Klang Valley area aka (KL and Selangor) normal single individual we should earn 5K above. At least per Family 10K above. That's the facts we can live normally(without leisure life) in KV area.
Low wages , long working hours , expectation to work overtime with little or no compensation , racial issues in workplace if it's a GLC or Malay majority company , career promotion not based with merit.
I can feel the sense of relaxation in Malaysian people, which i don't usually see in here Chinese people. They feel more confident and open to talk, definitely want to be there someday and explore.
Can’t all talk about salary amount, you can easily get a car and flat in Malaysia. You also need to consider quality of life! You are willing to stay at a few hundred ft of flat or a house with backyard?
With the rising of property prices most of the young generation can only afford government subsidies condo which cost rm300k for 800ft, landed property in KL cost at least RM 1.5mil ? However you can still find cheaper options from subsale where require huge investment in renovation
在hku讀phd，老闆叫我在晚上改好50個學生的作業，我無數個問號的表情直接瞪著老師，因為這個在違反勞工法，是overtime work，在馬來西亞如果老闆沒想給OT的錢或者我自己不想做這個OT的話，我是會直接拒絕的。要是老闆硬硬要施壓，我甚至會report to HR或者到勞工部投訴老闆的。很大的職場文化差異。
96000 Malay is like 160,000 HK a year or 12,000 a month discounting the standard double pay at the end of the year .. really not a great deal of money at all .. but housing is so much cheaper there … and housing is extremely expensive in HK .. why Malaysians are doing great with less .. but enjoying a high standard of living .. the hot weather though .. not my cup of tea for sure …
You seems to be making a statement ? It all depends on qualification, experience and company. Not the same for everyone. Some clericals in office may not exceed RM4k in take home pay even for more than 10 years experience.😂

tancheng 全部都是贷款，房奴加上车奴。车奴是被职场环境所迫因为如果没有车，100%就不会被马来西亚公司录取即使是申请整天在Office接线员。😢有些家庭经济能力差的就会买2手车给他们的孩子。所以在马来西亚以买车来看马来西亚人的消费水平能力是错误的。😊
都说了，靠父母的。低收入的地区即使物价低房价低，普通人工资减去日用以后也没多少，存钱买房也是不容易的。
更简单的是去新加坡打工，回大马买房。
的确，从吉隆坡薪水来看甚至不如中国大陆，不过中国大陆的年轻人活的更累。

@其实政府是知道。就拿最近公务员起薪，就是要私人界跟随。私人界不能跟随因为租金贵及原料都是从外国进口，要交税，运输费及加上本地公司的专业度都停留在不文明及卫生的阶段及没有善后所有的清洁工作！😢真实经历：最近叫了本地冷气公司来安装冷气机，结果这间屋子被这些人搞到非常肮脏及停工后就没有收拾工具后就直接走人。剩下善后清洁卫生的工作却由顾客自己清理，而且这间屋子还正住着人呢！😢 过后我们就叫外国公司，他们来到我们的家就会尽量保持顾客的家卫生。他们使用电砖是会插上1个小盒子以避免大量砖块掉在地上，完工后就会使用自己带来的吸尘机来做清洁善后工作。身为顾客的我们这时觉得花这个💰是值得。现在想到本地公司就有1把🔥，花了这么多钱还要自己花费精神及精力去做清洁善后工作。 而且更😡的是马来西亚的本地公司华人老板即使年龄只有50岁但还是照样跟着老1辈60岁的做法就是没有清洁善后工作。😢所以以这种情况，本地公司如何达到国际的安全及卫生标准呢？没有这些国际认证的安全及卫生标准资格证书，外国人哪敢放心给本地公司代劳呢？这种情况也间接造成马来西亚打工1族的薪金低。有些提议改进的人材却被这些老板以我吃盐比您多，不必来教我做生意来拒绝改进。所以这些人材才会跑去外国工作，外国工作的环境至少有个流程系统化。这点要如何叫政府解决呢？全部马来西亚公司都是这样的做法及很多都是文盲或者学历不高及没有国际思维的老板。😢
吉隆坡的薪水與上海並不算太遠，尤其是對於擁有良好學位的人來說。 應屆畢業生的收入為800美元至1000美元，兩個城市的收入大致相同。

外派人员及家庭成员的生活住宿开销都是由公司买单及加上外派的薪水是以欧元或美元计算，所以外派人员是非常很容易在马来西亚2年内买房子。有些公司还买单外派人员的孩子国际学校的教育费呢！所以外派人员才会觉得马来西亚吃喝玩乐都是非常便宜因为有多余的钱。😅至于拥有马来西亚投票权的高收入群体的薪金都是以马币计算，但却必须和外国人缴纳同样数目字的税务及自己必须买单所有的住宿开销及孩子的学杂费！所以马来西亚人才会觉得薪水低但却被外国人自我认定认为马来西亚人拿发达国家的薪金来及消费能力对比。😅拿马来西亚的消费能力对比是非常错误的因为这些高收入的发达国家都只有单一种族或者是有些所谓多元种族都是当地土生土长的原住民。马来西亚的情况却和这些国家的风情不同因为在马来西亚，外国人会找到自己的祖宗的痕迹。很讽刺的是当马来西亚人去到这些外派人员的国家工作时，这些国家都会向外国人收取比当地公民高2倍的税务率。举个例子，1个外国人的收入有10000，跟据当地国家的税务表，外国人必须缴纳收入的30%（3000)给当地国家的税务局。至于当地公民只须缴纳收入的10%（1000）。😊但是在马来西亚，外派人员缴纳收入的10%，马来西亚公民也是同样缴纳收入的10%。😢至于外国清洁工，老板负责买单每月人头税，提供衣食住行及交通。如果是本地清洁工，自己必须买单交通费，住宿费及吃。有些公司就会提供交通工具。薪金都是1000-1500（以城市的等级）。以这种情况，所以这群蓝领及白领都觉得在自己出生的国家待遇比外国人不如，宁愿跑去外国当劳工；至少心理上会平衡些因为在国外没有投票权，理所当然待遇会比当地公民的待遇差点。😅
我有問過我們班上的大馬同學 他說當然是在台灣工作 存點錢到時候買房再回Selanger買房 同樣的錢在Selanger可以買大好多的房子

馬來西亞的基本薪水來來去去都是RM1500-3000之間。 要是薪水能達到RM5000或以上，這已經是很威水了。
再說，如果沒有國家設下的最低薪金制度 ，RM800薪水都有得你拿😏
你对比发达国家，马来西亚的工资当然是不够看，很低的
但对比同等级的来说，是不会太低的，比如内地是比马来西亚微高8%±，但马来西亚人均购买力3.5万，内地2.3万。

@@于力司马夹头是条狗 销售的入门槛低及没有看学历除了那些公司是卖工厂工程机械。卖普通消费者产品都不必看学历例如房地产及汽车行业。有个亲戚只有高中毕业，成绩单满堂红但现在已是某家汽车销售代理的销售经理，月入5千和那些考到国际认证的会计师是同样的薪金，2者都是有经验的工作人士。想想看，要考取1个ACCA文凭的学生是要跟全世界的学生一起竞争，工程系的学生需要有浓厚的数理基础及懂得解决许多机械设备问题。看看那些销售人员只靠吹水本色😅，加上可以驾免费的🚗及油费（公司买单），所以就能月入过万。然后会计师及工程师的汽车都是自己掏腰包但月入3千到8千。😢所以以上的网友才会说不读书的人月入过万（房地产），读到半死，月入不过万。以上网友所讲的月薪是读会计，行政管理及物流业。这些科系都被本地老板自我认为是个非常简单的任务尤其是做账。😢

The median salary in Malaysia is about 470USD per month I guess the median in HK is probably 5 times.
Compare with me ..which is probably 10 times😅😅
