I really love all your work but this one I am not sure of. I train in shadow work and it's a process of first identify shadows, speaking to each part, understanding the core points of fragmentation and doing the work to integrate. It's not as easy as saying 'all my shadows are integrated' because we don't even know what that is. It's like affirmating 'I have many magical powers' but until we know which one, it's pointless.
Or you can manifest it happening automatically

@@HighFrequencyGuru Yeah but think about it this way, we have manifestation videos for specific things right? SP, Money, Job etc - specificity. We don't just say I am manifesting. Because manifesting what? Same with shadows - so many archetypes - trickster, wild woman, arrogance, slut, etc etc - so just saying I'm integrating shadows doesn't help there are many types - instead I think your shadow integration videos should be specific ones and about deshaming those different qualities. So if you're working with "Arrogance" you could affirm, Arrogance is just confidence, I am not afraid to be arrogant, etc etc - this may help shadow integration more. Hope that made sense!

You believe that this won’t work while others are expecting it to. And what you intend/expect/believe will manifest into your life. There are no hard-fast rules in manifesting. Only that your beliefs will ALWAYS harden into facts. “Hope that helps.”
