Personally I think it would be cool and more challenging if tainted Wynne didn't regenerate minions each floor! Maybe just give her 5 minions on the start of the floor if she doesnt have any available. So if you lose your minions, you are punished
I think, in attempting to add unnecessary challenge to a well-balanced mod, you're forgetting the fact that if you lose your minions you literally can't attack, and doing it the way you suggest makes you run out of minions incredibly quickly and results in a lot of potential softlocks.
As your local Pikminologist, I would like to explain the reference. The Pikmin skins used are based on Glow Pikmin, scientific name Pikminidae Supravelum. They are notable because this species of pikmin posess various unique atributes: -They hover off the ground -They are immune to all types of hazards They have a unique flower -They are only able to be used at night or in caves (Like Isaac's Basement) -They are known to form conglomerates of up to 100 individuals called "Glowmobs" as a way to attack -They can collect small, glowing objects that are similar in shape to stars to make more of themselves -They green :)

Correction: Minions *do* take damage from projectiles too!
It's their invincibility frames keep them from taking damage for a good while.
