OMG!!! Mario, I've been reviewing multiple videos on how to get my book completed and your presentation was spot on. I'm about to publish thanks to you!!!!!!! Really appreciate it. I'm elated. I'll be back for more of your content. I wish there was a way to give you 100 thumbs up instead of one. :)

It always is so cool to see people doing things they want to do. I'm glad to be a part of it! Your comment is appreciation enough my friend!
I totally 100000% agree. I wasted so much time watching useless videos with half information. Your video is the bomb. It rocks. I really wish I saw it months ago. Thank you so much. Keep up the fantastic work. Please keep it up.
Thank you I’ve been trying to find out how to upload it via kdp file and it kept removing and adding pages. No one was helping on RUclips until I saw this video🎉 much appreciated

Super freaking excited for you! Nothing like holding something you created in your hand or seeing it go live online. I love that feeling...kinda like that new car smell
How's that book going? Good i hope. I'd like to ask you this Is there any content you would want to see that I could create for you? What kind of content would help you most?
Thanks, Mario for the great info! I've followed all the steps, however, my cover is not showing up in the Kindle preview...only the manuscript. I've tried PNG, JPEG, and TIFF. It's downloading, but not showing up in preview. Do you have any ideas why?
@debramattison3467 Hey Debra, thanks for watching and commenting! When uploading it on Amazon, the cover is uploaded separately. That cover is what people will see when they browse Amazon. If you want the cover shown in the Kindle preview, you have to add that page to the manuscript you created in canva. You could just select everything on the cover design you created, add a page to your design in Canva then export it again as a PDF and that cover should then show up in the previewer. Let me know how that turns out for you.
@@debramattison3467 in Kindle create, you could also just add a page there and import the cover page in Kindle create tool. You could also do it that way.

Pick 3to5 topics, turn on a voice recorder and talk about anything you know on those topics doesn't have to be long. 2. Transcribe those. Use grammarly and Hemingway app to improve what you wrote. 3. Use this video to put it together and put it on Amazon if you want.
Hey Keith could you answer 1 question for me? Is there any content you would want to see that I could create for you? What kind of content would help you most?
When you publish with Amazon that's an official.copyright because it has a date of publication, the content inside and how many pages, and an IBSN number. You can sue with this proof. But to get it, use form TX at the U.S. copyright office. It's online and I think it's $45. Its U.S. copyright office of Congress, that's what youre looking for. But you're protected when you release on Amazon
What size font do you normally use if creating the ebook in Canva? I first started using Google Docs with Arial, 12 font but when I brought it into Canva it looked much smaller.
@frequencyvibes thanks for commenting and watching! It is smaller in Canva. I use 21 mostly for paragraph or body text. And headlines or quotes might be double that (48). Subheadings probably 28. If you're going to do a pdf, just download it and look over it. If it looks good to you in your computer, also open it up on a mobile device. However it looks there is how it will look when people download it. So if you like the way it looks, it should be good. The sizes can vary, but it's mostly what I use. If you want an example download my book Digital Marketing Simplified to see these sizes in action here: mailchi.mp/17f83cfb4eda/dmsimplified
Hi Mario, thank you for uploading this video. Is there another video explaining about the required page size, margins etc. that should be used in Canva? Brgds Peter
I already tried to do this a couple of days ago before seeing your video. I spent a few hours trying to work out how to format and upload it. The book has become blocked; they say it's a quality issue, and I need reflowable text. Did you make your pdf into a docx file or kpf first? thanks
Hey Denise thanks for the question and thanks for watching!! I used a *PDF straight from Canva* , then I opened up the Kindle Create tool, uploaded the PDF to Kindle Create and finished it from there. I exported that as a kpf file and I had no issues. One time though I did forget the option that says "preserve links" and I ended up having to just delete and start over. If they said it needs to be reflowable, then you need to upload your PDF back into the Kindle Create tool, hit create new, then the blue/green Choose button. There are 3 options to the left. Reflowable, Comics, and Print Replica. Its the top one on the left. Choose Reflowable. I used Print Replica because I had pictures and stuff I didn't want changed. I wanted it exactly how I'd created it. When you first open the tool up, just make a new one, hit continue then click reflowable first. Then hit continue and finish entering the details of your book. Export it again and reupload the manuscript with that .kpf file. Let me know what happens.
