      God always has a counter-weight to carefully destroy all well laid plans.. in this case the India Team was the answer. I believe its a brilliant move to have Bumrah captain the Indian side against a not so great Australian batting lineup

    • @Bloke-jl8gb
      @Bloke-jl8gb 4 часа назад +13

      No, it was mainly because of timings. Perth's time is just 2 hrs ahead of IST, so it was wise to start BGT one a time where Indians also wake up to. As you can see rest of the games in BGT start pretty early. So strategy was to start BGT on a time where it can capture most of the audiences.

      @@aks_scg0108 nothing wrong but think of this, someone says Virat is better than Sachin and a counter comes in as “no way Sachin played bowlers like McGrath”, and then they say “ ok Bumrah better than McGrath?” is followed up by “no because McGrath bowled to batsman like Sachin”😁 need to let go of this or that

      @@Manisharora13: I understand your context but didn't McGrath play against Sachin? 😅 And in my comment, I said McGrath bowled to champion teams with champion players..plural..😊 I'm just saying that bumrah looks the best because other teams are weak. For context, just compare 90's and 2000's SL, Pak, Aus, NZ, SA, Eng, WI, Zim to today's..stark difference!

    I've done the math. Because of bumrah's release point, one needs to add 4kmph to the speed gun. A 140kmph ball feels effectively like 144kmph to the batter.
