I love the fire ❤ think I wouldn’t of painted the inside black but would of dusted with pastel where it would be darkened by smoke 😊

I get building it up with particle board and foam board to enlarge it but I don't get what the newspaper was for. Think the resourced flames are super creative and I agreed with comment for leaving inside bricks egg carton color and adding dark smudges. Overall it looks great!
Hi, I wanted a smooth finish before applying the brick, plus it made it stronger, you could skip that step, it would still work. yes, it is hard to see the black brick on the inside, maybe i could paint it lighter and then add the smudge :) thanks so much for watching and commenting :)

Can you place a LED tea light 🕯️ behind the flames 🔥 for effect 😔??
I think i'm going to try doing that, there's no room inside the fireplace, so i'll have to drill a hole through the plastic :) but i will also be making a whole new fireplace from scratch soon, and that one will definitely have the tea lights :) thanks so much for watching and commenting :)

i think i would have to make a hole in the wall for that, so the fireplace doesn't stick out too much, there's no room for lights, but i will put lighting in a new fireplace build :) working on it for a new diorama series, i'm thinking stone this time instead of brick :)

@@GingerLolaMiniatures I see that some of the other sites I watch, are often using Mini Brands items now. I much prefer to see how creative people make their own dioramas, furniture, etc . I make miniature foods as well.
That's cool, thank you, I do have some of the mini brands, but some of them are too big for Barbie. I want to paint some of the barbie stuff i have, to make it look more realistic, but i love making them myself :) do you post your miniature food anywhere, would love to see it. :)
