Luke Welborn, 47, a resident of Lake of the Woods in Locust Grove used facilities at Orange County High School to take a shower after work on Friday, August 23, 2024. Welborn candidly talked about thw contaminated water in the eastern area of Orange County and his belief county and state government should do more.
"I let the Governor (Glenn Youngkin) know about this yesterday," Welborn said. "At the very least the state should bring in portabe showers and the National Guard."
