      Alex_Plays YT maybe try 2 unplug it for 2 minutes or maybe 1 min 30 sec if it doesn’t work I’m sorry :(

    Thanks a million, unplugging it and plugging it back in worked! It's been out for two days. I disconnected my computer and my router earlier to no avail. All other wireless devices were working fine.

    Nop nothing work the wifi is working just fine with my living room tv and other devices but my bedroom TV still doesn't want to connect

    Did first two techniques and that’s all I needed and if was fixed. There were storms here all last night and the power went in and out and I believe it tripped the WiFi but thank the Lord for RUclips and this kind gentleman

    I unplugged the router earlier, then wasted time until I saw this. Unplugging the TV did the trick!

    Factory reset, unplugged, followed everything and still says no network detected but it is reading my signal to my wifi.

      Same here! It shows it IS connected to WiFi but when I try to use "Smartcast", it say's "No Network Detected" !!

      @@sarge6870 I figured it out along time ago. It depends what kind of Internet you have there’s 2.4 GHz and 5G mine was connected to the 5G which is for more advanced electronics in newer electronics. So I had to reconnect to the 2.4ghz WiFi I had. It happened at the same time that I changed my Internet and got a new router.
      I ended up buying a router that could switch to 2.4 or 5 GHz

      @@bfig6482 Thing is Brandon is when I first set-up the T.V. months ago, Smartcast worked fine! I had no changes to my router within that time-frame. May have to do a factory reset.

    My TV still can't connect, it's a 2014 24" led Vizio TV and when it looks for my wifi network, it can't find any. I tried the methods but it still doesn't work.

      Same issue after the factory reset. Xfinity wifi connection is strong to phone and laptop. Just not VZIO tv.

      So, I think my TV has a loose cable or something because last week, I caught my TV from falling and when I placed it back on it usual spot, the wifi started working for about 10 mins, then it won't work again. Oof

    Thank you!!! We had a crazy thunderstorm this past weekend (and by crazy I mean massive thunder, but no lightning or rain) and it kicked our power out for a min and since then I haven’t had wifi on the tv. The first fix of just unplugging it and plugging it back in worked right away. It’s not a necessity, but it’s nice to have. Now I can get caught up on my videos 😁

    We just got a 24inch vizio smart cast. We have it mounted up in my truck(perfect size) however it won't detect the internet at all. Before I get more frustrated, will one of these vizio televisions detect wifi via a hotspot? I have no issues with my GPS and electronic log book detecting and connecting but it isn't even showing up on the tv.

    I’ve tried everything and still won’t work. Doing a factory reset fixes the tv for the time being. However, when I power it off, it won’t connect to WiFi ever again unless I reset to factory settings

    I have dropped my cable provider and went to unlimited, high speed hot spot. Works good -EXCEPT I cannot connect to my wireless hot spot. I had not had cable service for a month today, so disconnected s.l. it doesn't do me to set my cable back up aside still don't have cable after 4 visits.etc
    I tried. I had wireless before, do you have a clue as to what to do now. I have reset my factory defaults, which it picked up my service and password but not the hot spot it says. Any help?

    I’ve been without tv for days. Spent hrs on the phone with internet provider but they said my connection was fine. I restored my tv to factory but it wouldn’t connect. Can’t believe I never thought of unplugging the tv itself 😫

    Maybe its because my tv is a bit older, but it just freezes now at the network connections screen (scanning for wifi). Less frustrating to just get a firestick and be done.
