It is confusing - you said Madhu is Sheeta virya and balances Pitta dosha, but is to be avoided by persons with Ushna tendency (which I guess means aggravated Pitta dosha)? How to understand this? So it is to be taken mainly by persons with excess Kapha.. doesn't help pacify Vata or Pitta much.. I hope this is correct understanding of what you're saying in the video..
