Derrick having a 6 pack is no joke. He has dedicated himself more than he's leading on in this past camp. Paid dividends.

Chiesa's a weird one, since he has no outstanding features, technically or physically, yet has some terrific names in his win column (despite their advanced age). He's a massive overachiever, and Holland is right, he should pack it up. Especially since he's aged 35 (lower weight classes can't go to 40)

I think Holland is dangerous but imo jake Matthews can beat him people seem to forget how long hes been fighting in the ufc and hes still only 26 the guy has had a few loses but hes still getting better where Holland at his age i cant see the improvements chiessa isnt a great fighter hes a good wrestler an if he cant take you down he doesnt win because he doesn't have good striking Holland vs jake would be great fight....
